Edit profile/Change username or email

Change username/email
If you want to edit information on your MATCHi profile, do the following:

Via the website:
1. Login to MATCHi with your current registered email address
2. Click on your name in the right corner and then on My Profile and then on “Edit Profile”, then save the change.

Via the app:
1. Log in to your MATCHi profile with your current registered email address
2. Click on "Profile" followed by the three dots in the right corner and then "Personal information". A web page will open where you can edit your profile. Then save the change.

If you changed your email address:
You will receive an email to your new registered email address where you need to verify the change. Once the verification is done, you can log in to your MATCHi profile with your new email address. The password is the same as it was before.
