How does payment work when booking?

When making a purchase on MATCHi, the equal amount is reserved on your bank account to ensure that the card has sufficient funds to complete the purchase. We debit the amount either the day after the playing time or 7 days after the booking is created, depending on which occurs first.

In your bank transaction history, there is a transaction number. You can compare this number with the receipt number for the booking in MATCHi. This way, you can match the transaction to the corresponding booking.

If you have chosen to use Split Payment for your booking and the booking is made more then 7 days in advance, we will capture the full amount after 7 days and then do a refund to the booker so that the total paid amount is correct. This is because we are not allowed to hold reservations longer than 7 days for many payment methods.
