I booked the wrong time, what should I do?

If you have accidentally booked the wrong day/time but it’s within the cancellation policy, you need to either cancel the booking and book a new time, or contact the venue directly for assistance in potentially moving the booking.

If it's past the cancellation policy and you will be fully charged for cancelling, contact the venue to ask if they are ok to give you a refund due to the mistaken booking.
