At MATCHi, we're excited to announce the launch of Public Matches, designed to enhance the playing experience and foster a more social environment within our community. Here's what you need to know:
- Find Missing Players Easily: With Public Matches, players can now make their bookings public, making it easier than ever for the player to find the missing participants needed to complete their game.
- Control Over Participants: As the booker, the player has full control over who joins their match. They can accept or decline requests based on their preferences, ensuring they have the right mix of players for a great game.
- Ensure Fair Play: Players can set a level range for their match to ensure an even playing field. Requesting players will also state their self-assessed level, helping to create balanced and enjoyable matches.
- Flexibility: Players can toggle their match from private to public anytime to suit their needs and preferences.
- Cancellation Management: If the match isn't filled according to the venue's cancellation rules, it's the player's responsibility as the booker to cancel it. But don't worry, we've made it easy for the player to handle all their requests right from the booking tab.
