Why won't my punch card or value card show up in the payment dialog?

1. The card is not valid

The card has expired or is invalid for the season you selected. 

2. The card was registered incorrectly

Have you purchased your card over the counter it may happen that the card information was incorrectly registered.

Please contact the venue you bought your card at for further help. 

3. You are logged in to a different account than the one you have your card on

It is important that you log in with the same credentials you used when you bought your card.
